To support this commitment, the organization has established a comprehensive Corporate Compliance Program under the leadership of the Corporate Compliance Officer.
The Corporate Compliance Program is designed to promote a culture of ethical conduct and organizational accountability throughout all Legacy Healthcare Management Inc. facilities. The program provides a framework to help ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and industry standards governing healthcare operations.
Program Objectives
The primary objectives of the Corporate Compliance Program are to:

Encourage the delivery of safe, high-quality resident care while maintaining operational excellence.

Educate employees, contractors, vendors, and affiliated personnel regarding their compliance responsibilities.

Implement ongoing monitoring, auditing, and corrective action processes to strengthen organizational compliance and reduce regulatory risk.
Reporting Compliance Concerns
Legacy Healthcare Management Inc. encourages all employees, residents, family members, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to promptly report any suspected violations of laws, regulations, company policies, ethical standards, or the Code of Conduct.
Individuals are encouraged to first communicate concerns with their immediate supervisor or appropriate facility leadership whenever appropriate. However, reports may also be made directly to the Corporate Compliance Officer without fear of retaliation.
Reports may include, but are not limited to, concerns involving:

Legacy Healthcare Management Inc. strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports a compliance concern or participates in an investigation. All reports will be treated as confidential to the fullest extent permitted by law and will be reviewed promptly and thoroughly.
